How to Play Ferry Locks
Before starting, you must choose one of four exit locks. The game then tests your chosen lock with specific survival probabilities: 80% for lock 1, 75% for lock 2, two-thirds for lock 3, and 50% for lock 4. If your chosen lock survives, you receive a gross payout multiplier of 1.2x, 1.6x, 2.4x, or 4.8x respectively. If the lock fails, you receive zero. You cannot manually exit or stop the round once it begins.
Stakes and Settlement
The available stakes are 10, 25, 50, and 100 coins, with 25 as the default. The full stake is deducted immediately when the round starts and persists even if you reload the page. Payouts are calculated in hundredths, with fractional values saved separately while whole coins are credited. Settlement is automatic upon reaching the exit or the end of the reveal.
Wallet and Controls
Your initial balance is 1,000 virtual coins. You can manually restore your balance to 1,000 only when idle and below 10 coins. Controls like stake selection and starting are disabled during active rounds. Reloading the page discards any unfinished round without refund or resumption. The game uses localStorage to save your wallet and pending round status.
